Welcome to Inmotion Photos

Since I was a little boy I loved motorsport. At the age of 5 my father took me to the Formula 1 at Spa Francorchamps and from that point I was sold. When I was growing up I started to like photography as well. Nowadays I combine the both wich resulted in this website. I have no accreditation but try to be creative as I can on the circuit. So if you are looking for spectacular high quality racing photos, you are at the right place. I have a large photo collection of Formula 1, DTM, Rally, Le Mans Series, Superbikes, WRC, MotoGP and many more. There are also maps with tips/tricks around the circuit with stunning photography locations. Beside racing photography I like to make some (glamour)portraits as well. With beautiful girls in lingerie, covered nude or in their finest clothes.

Porsche beats the LMP2s to take 19th win

Five-time winner Derek Bell will serve as parade marshal

Porsche secured its 19th Le Mans 24 Hours win after a gruelling race of attrition. In a race where only two of the LMP1 cars made it to the finish, it was the #2 Porsche that came through to score victory. The best of the LMP2s, the #38 DC Racing Oreca 07, had assumed the lead when the #1 Porsche stopped out on track. The battle for GTE Pro honours boiled down to a straight fight between old rivals Aston Martin and Corvette, which had been running on conflicting strategies but converged in the final hour as the #97 Vantage made its final stop early.

Pitstop team Larbre at Le Mans!

Sometimes you are lucky that you are in the right place, at the right time. Actually, I had no access to get into the pits, but just keep walking and pretend you belong there helps tremendously. In the garage of Rebellion I had a small talk with Jeroen Bleekemolen, when almost the entire starting to trade in the rain tires for slicks after one lap. I did not hesitate and ran forward where the Corvettes of the Larbre team entered with there heavy sound. With trembling legs and deeply impressed by the violence and noise of these cars I could make this picture.

Personally I think it is wonderful to photograph drivers from above as they sit in the cockpit of their car. This is not easy at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, with the sloping gates on the main stand. Most of the cars are there for just a couple of seconds, so you have to be quick. But if you succeed, the results are often very cool.

Cool close-ups at the Bult corner

If you live in Holland, or want to visit the Dutch TT circuit sometimes, go to the Bult corner. It's a very fast corner on the circuit, and the bikes or just a couple of meters away from you. If you translate Bult into English, it means a small hill, so you can make photos from above, and see the drivers with their knees on the kerbs and take close-ups of their helmets. On of my favorite places on this circuit.
